Our Story

With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry as an independent auto dealer selling over 4,000 motor vehicles and generating over 18M in retail sales since 2012 our commitment to detail, integrity and exceptional service has fueled our continued growth and success in the industry. This journey gave us a deep insights into the unique challenges of the auto industry from a retailers perspective. In 2021, we made the strategic decision to shift our focus from retail to wholesale. We completely deleveraged our business by paying off our floor plan debt & have had great success since collaborating/partnering and revenue sharing with our peers as an alternative to credit based floor plan financing. The accountability to our dealer peers whom we continue to profit share with has made us a much more disciplined and sharp car buyer. The success we've experienced implementing this alternative method of financing inventory and profit sharing has led us to pursue building Wholesale Exchange where we hope to enable other car dealers to do the same. Our mission is to significantly reduce the level of floor plan credit amongst car dealers by enabling them to raise capital from primary private markets. We believe by partnering with auto dealers instead of burdening them with debt we will be able to promote more equitable/fair access to capital, overall market price stability and sustainable growth.
